Full Review

PlayersOnly Poker is a young poker site - opened as late as 2006 - but it hasn't stopped it from showing a rapid growth in player traffic. One reason for this is that PlayersOnly Poker is a true American poker site allowing all U.S. players and also U.S. credit-card deposits. Unfortunately, players from other parts of the world are not welcome.

Player-traffic stats show 1,700 cash game players and 6,000 tournament players during peak hours. The major part of the player base is found in the Hold'em section, a few Omaha tables are usually active, but the Seven-Card Stud traffic is virtually none-existing.

PlayersOnly offers quite a few interesting tournaments. For instance, over the next ten month, the site is giving away $1 million in freeroll money - making this a great site for the player with limited bankroll. The standard opponent is very loose and view-plop-percentages reach 20%-60% at the lower limits (where most players are found.)

All in all, a good poker site for U.S. players.
