Bodog Poker Rakeback

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a rakeback deal with Bodog at this time.

Bodog Poker uses the dealt rakeback method. Bonuses are deducted and tournament fees are not included in MGR.

Bodog is a very large sportsbook, casino and poker group. Recently Bodog changed their software. Players hit the message boards complaining about every aspect of the new software. It has become very difficult to multi table now. Bodog even admitted in a press release it caused an immediate 30% drop in traffic. They have slowly recovered from this. There is a bottomless 10% bonus. This bonus is credited immediately to your account but is forfeited if you cash out before clearing it.

Game Selection

The games are loose for the most part. Full limit tables are ten seated, while NL and PL are 9 seats. Average post sizes are slightly higher then normal. The games tend to be loose passive, especially the lower limits. There are some bonus chasers in these games so you have to choose carefully. There is plenty of holdem action up to $5/10 NL and $30/$60 fixed. There is plenty of pot limit omaha, both high only and high low. There is often a $1/$2 stud high/low game but that is usually the only game running.

Single table tournaments were running often with a good selection of limits ranging from $1-$50. There are 6, 9 and 10 seat touraments as well as turbos. There are usually a couple of low buyin Omaha tournaments running. Stud touraments are rarely if ever running.

Multi table tournaments are popular for the size of the room. Many tournaments are guaranteed, often they have layover. Tourament buyins start at just $1 and run up to $100 for regular events and $250 for WSOP qualifiers.

Software Quality and Features

I found the software to be terrible. It was fast but was very buggy. For example in stud the player's cards across from me did not display correctly. Multi tabling is next to impossible. Games show in a picture in picture window and are hard to follow. Stud games do not show up at all in the side picture. All in all the software quality is almost as bad as it gets.
