Support

Support is available by phone or email. Email replies can be slow and not helpful. Phone support has always been helpful.

Prima Poker software is not near as buggy as some, but is still only average. It lagged and crashed during my test. It has a very "busy" interface. If you wish to play on more then one skin on the network you will not be able to get the signup bonus on each skin, only the first. You must also remember your account number as you will need this in the future if you ever switch skins.
